One of my favorite ghnits to do on a snowy day is spend the entire day with my mommy. Outside we can play in the snow, throwing snowballs at each other and building snowmen. Together we can take the snowshoes out and go hiking in our back yard. Looking at God's beauty around us draws us closer together. There is no one else in the entire world i would rather see the wonders of nature with. We don't have much, but we have each other! My mommy and me warm up inside after playing in the snow. Sometimes we spend the day decorating, and other days we bake together. Instead of buying decorations, we'd rather make out own with twigs and cranberries from outside. We take computer paper and make little snowflakes to stick inside the windows, too. If we get internet, we play christmas music, but if we don't, then we just take an old tape player and listen to christmas music on that. My mommy is my favorite person to be with on everyday; not just snowy days. |
